1. Acceptance of Agreement. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy with respect to our site (the "www.HoneyBeeGiftCards.com") which is owned by LAGOON ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site. Additionally, by you completing a purchase or by you completing a sell or trade transaction on our site, indicates you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Accounts. You are free to browse this site without creating an account. If you wish to avail yourself of the products supplied by this site, you must first register an account. When you register an account with the site you must provide complete and accurate information at all times. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and you will not disclose your account details to any third parties. If there has been a breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately. You may not register an account for somebody else.
3. Termination of Accounts. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user’s use of our service at any time without any prior notice or warning. If you wish to terminate your account with us, please use our Contact Us page where a member of our team who will be happy to assist you.
4. Purchasing Goods.All payments are handled by our PCI DSS-compliant payment partners. When making a purchase for goods through our site you agree to provide accurate information regarding your payment and credit card details. If these details are incorrect or false the transaction will be declined, if we suspect fraud we may cancel the order and terminate your account. We accept payment using only Visa and Mastercard. Once a transaction has been completed HBGLE, UAE will appear as the billing descriptor on your statement.
5. Delivery of Goods. All gift cards purchased through our site are e-gift cards. Once an order has been processed and payment has been confirmed we then deliver the purchased e-gift cards using the email address supplied by our customers when registering their account. We do not use any other delivery methods.
6. Refunds. Refunds are only issued if one of the following conditions are met: If the gift card that you have ordered is out of stock and we cannot fulfil the order. If the gift card has been cancelled by the issuer. If there is a discrepancy with the balance. If there is an issue with the digital code supplied or, If we cannot replace the purchased gift card with a card of equal value.
7. Right of Refusal. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the price of the product, or other reasons. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect any illegal or fraudulent behaviour.
8. Selling Gift Cards to Us. We also offer our users the option to sell to us their unwanted gift cards in exchange for money. When a user agrees to sell us their gift card they agree to transfer complete ownership of the gift card to us in exchange for payment for an agreed amount that is agreed between both parties before the transfer of the gift card. Once the sale of the gift card has been completed the seller will not try to redeem, claim, or transfer any portion of the gift card. The seller is responsible for the transfer of the gift card to HoneyBeeGiftCards.com and once we have received the gift card a member of our team will work to verify the gift cards validity and balance. Once this has been verified payment for the gift card will be issued to the seller. If you would like to sell a gift card to us, please use our site to get in contact with a member of our team who will be able to talk you through the process.
9. Copyright. The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
10. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
11. Governing Law. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By accepting the terms and conditions laid out in this policy you accept and consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the United Arab Emirates courts. Our failure to enforce the provision of these terms and conditions will not be considered a waiver. If any of these terms or conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court all remaining terms and conditions will remain in effect.
